Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVIVIAN JEMIMA LAY 1931 - 2009 It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Vivian Jemima Lay-Haney on February 1st, 2009. Vivian was a born on October 3, 1931 in Kenora, Ontario. She eventually moved to Winnipeg, MB where she met her husband, Gordon Lay. They had two children and lived the rest of their lives in Winnipeg, but Kenora was always their favourite summer vacation. Vivian was predeceased by her husband Gordon in 1998, parents Lloyd and Ada, and her brother Winston. She is survived by her son Lyle (Sheri), daughter Kim (David), sisters Evelyn, Margaret, Geri, and brothers Thomas, Cecil, Richard, Wilfred, Harold and Keith. A special thank you from the family to Mr. and Mrs. J. Gregg for their friendship and support over the years. Also a thank you to the staff at Golden Door Geriatric Centre where Vivian spent her last days. A private family service will be held at a later date.
