GARNET WILLIAM RANDALL LEMAY May 17, 1941 - January 31, 2009 Peacefully, on Saturday, January 31, 2009, Garnet Lemay passed away at the Concordia Hospital at the age of 67 years. He leaves to mourn his passing, his soulmate, Helen; his four children, Dawn (Wayne Howard), William (Louise), Theresa (David Corcoran), and Randy (Candice); two sisters, Gwendoline (Norman Tripp), and Molly (Nick Makowsky); four brothers, Gerald (Tina), Murray (Tina), Allan (Valerie), and Terry (Linda) as well as numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank the doctors and nurses at the Concordia and St. Boniface Hospitals for the wonderful care given to Garnet. Funeral services will be held at the Cross Church, 1787 Logan Avenue (at Keewatin) on Saturday, February 7 at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Alan Duncalfe will officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Garnet's memory to the Manitoba Lung Association, 2nd Floor, 629 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3A 1P6.
