LILLIAN MAY WALTERSON (nee HOLMAN) February 17th, 1917 - February 3rd, 2009 It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Lillian Walterson, our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, on February 3rd, 2009 at the Grace Hospital, with family by her side. She will be lovingly remembered by daughter Geraldine (Matt); grandchildren Michael, James, Douglas and Angela; her son's children Gene Jr., Kristin, Victoria and Ashley and by her great-grandchildren. Lillian was predeceased by her husband Harley and son Gene. Lillian was a retired employee of the Board of Grain Commission of Canada. Her sense of humour and good nature enriched all the lives she touched. She was also known for her knitting and crocheting donations and many other charitable contributions. A memorial service will be held on Friday, February, 6th, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk, MB. Interment will take place at a later date. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
