WALTER WAWRYNZUK Walter Wawrynzuk, aged 90 years, of Gardenton, Manitoba passed away peacefully on February 2 2009 at The Vita District Hospital Vita, Manitoba. Walter was predeceased by his parents in the Ukraine: Joe (Mary) Wawrynzuk. Two brothers Ugean and Steve, two sisters Helen and Sonja. He is survived by one sister Mary, one brother Andrew in the Ukraine, many cousins, nieces, and nephews also in the Ukraine. Wife Doris, step-son Wallie, Mary Ann, Helen and four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Thank you to the Vita Hospital staff for taking good care of Walter. He will be missed. Prayers were said on Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at Vita Funeral Homes Vita Chapel Vita, Manitoba at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Thursday, February 5, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Vita Funeral Homes Vita Chapel Vita, Manitoba with the Very Rev. Father Miron Pozniak officiating. Interment will follow the service in the St. Michael's Ukrainian Orthodox Church Cemetery. Vita Funeral Homes Vita Chapel Vita, Manitoba.
