Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANICIA LAIZ PAGTAKHAN Peacefully, on Saturday, February 7, 2009 at the Riverview Health Centre, Anicia Pagtakhan passed away at the age of 73 years. Annie will be lovingly remembered by her beloved husband Francis (Frank), their daughters: Arlene Pagtakhan (David Dollar), Lani (Bruce) James, Rose Pagtakhan (Kevin Kolisniak), grandchildren: Evan James, Bethany and Jonah Kolisniak, as well as extended family and dear friends in the Philippines, USA, and Canada. Annie and Frank were married for 48 years. They immigrated to Canada 35 years ago with their three daughters. After making Winnipeg their home, she enjoyed working at St. Boniface Hospital for many years. Upon retirement, she took pleasure in spending time with her grandchildren as well as relaxing at the cottage at the lake. Lamay (Viewing) will be held Thursday, February 12, from 6: 00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with prayers at 6:00 p.m., Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 13, St. Bernadette Parish, 820 Cottonwood Road with Father Fred Olds celebrant. Interment will follow at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. Flowers are gratefully declined. The family wish to thank Dr. Paul Kerr, Jamie Penner and the CancerCare Staff, the GH-5 Ward at Health Sciences Centre and the Palliative Care Team. Glen Lawn Funeral Home 982-7550

Just a little note to let you know that our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. Even though I never had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Pagtakhan, I feel that I have come to know her as well as the rest of the family through my long standing friendship with Arlene.
