Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANN HALLETT (nee FENTON) It is with deep regret we announce the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother Ann Hallett on Saturday, February 7, 2009 at the age of 88 years. Remaining to forever cherish Ann's memory are her daughters Elaine (Robert), Gail (Mike) and Barbara (Barry); sons Jack (Mary), Doug (Sylvia); several grandchildren; sisters Margaret, Kay, Ina and Joyce as well as brothers Alec and Jim. She was predeceased by her husband Charles in 1989, infant son Terrance in 1958 and grandson Michael in 1978. Mom was born in Dundee, Scotland on May 15, 1920 and came to Canada when she was one year old. She always had a cup of tea and something homemade to eat for anyone that dropped in for a visit. Her best times were spent with her grandchildren whom she loved dearly, and was dearly loved by all her grandchildren. In compliance with Ann's wishes, no formal funeral service held. Ann will be laid to rest with her husband at a later date. A special thanks to the nursing staff at Oakview Place, especially Natalie who she called an angel. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Oakview Place, 2395 Ness Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3J 1A5. Rest In Peace Mom
