GORDON SCHMIDT May 3, 1933 - February 7, 2009 Surrounded by his family, Gordon passed away at St. Boniface General Hospital. Gordon is survived by his wife of 32 years, Helen; daughters, Patricia, Lynda and Linda; son Jim; six grandchildren, several great-grandchildren; sister Phyllis Todd; brothers, Ronald and Harland Schmidt, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Our thanks to the staff at St. Boniface Emergency and MICU for your exceptional care of Gordon. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in Gordon's name to the Canadian Arthritis Society, Manitoba Division, 105 - 306 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB R3C 3R6 or St. Boniface Research, D1003 - 409 Tache Ave., Winnipeg, MB R2H 9Z9.
