EDWARD JANKE 1923 - 2009 Eddy left his earthly home on February 9, 2009. Unencumbered by his tired body, Ed is now free to yodel, play his mouth organ and tell stories until the cows come home. Edward will be sadly missed by his precious grandson Tim, his daughter Jacqueline and his other living family members. It was Ed's dream to see Tim graduate from high school; now he will have a much grander view. Thank you to all of the angels at Maples Personal Care Home who helped to take care of Edward the past two years. A memorial service will be held in the summer as Ed was never very fond of the cold. Every once in awhile, when I look at you smile. Faded faces and voices of yester year call. Precious memories flood through me, I remember them all.-- Every once and awhile when you smile.
