Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMERLE LILY HANDFORD (FALLIS) On February 4, 2009 at the Youville Care Home in St. Albert, Alberta, Merle Handford passed away quietly. She is survived by her daughter Eileen (Allan) Budlong, granddaughter Meredith (Marc) Willacy, grandson Christopher (Suzanne) Budlong and great-grandchildren Nathanael and Sasha. Also surviving are two sisters-in-law, Hazel Bowler and Irene Corbett and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Gordon Handford and her sister Evelyn Maxwell. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held in Morden in the spring. Donations can be made to the Alzheimers Association of Manitoba, 10-120 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3C 4G2 or a charity of one's choice.
