Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNORMAN GEORGE SCHULTZ December 15, 1917 February 13, 2009 Peacefully, on February 13, 2009 at Calvary Place Personal Care Home, our dear father, grandfather and great grandfather passed away at the age of 91 years. Dad was born in Winnipeg on December 15, 1917, son of Jack and Martha Schultz. He leaves to cherish and love his memories; his wife, Muriel, his childhood sweetheart who he cared for and lived for his whole life through 70 years of marriage; his sons, Norman J. Schultz and wife Grace and George R. Schultz and wife Faye Weinstein; grandchildren, David Schultz (Vicki), Daena Schultz and great grandchild, Cody; special sister-in-law, Betty Jamison who faithfully comes to Calvary Place to help with Bingo every Thursday and sister-in-law, Jean Croft and husband Geoff. Dad was predeceased by his son, James E. Schultz and by brother, Roy Schultz. Dad was a part owner with his brother, Roy, in Jobbers Fruit Wholesale Ltd. for most of his life. He also worked for the Corrections Institute and Hurtigs of Vaughn. He was a member of Ancient Landmark Masonic Lodge and the Khartum Chanters singing group of the Khartum Shrine. Dad spent all of his years looking after our mother, Muriel Schultz, the love of his life. He was a kind person to everyone and his heart and love were always for his wife and children, to make sure that they were looked after and needed nothing. His travels with our mother took them all over Canada and the United States, especially Hawaii where they vacationed during their retirement together. This was the most joyful time of their lives together. Cremation has taken place. In accordance with dad's wishes, a small service will take place 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, February 18 at Calvary Place Personal Care Home, 1325 Erin Street. In lieu of flowers, should friends so desire, donations in our dad's memory may be made to the Calvary Place Personal Care Home, 1325 Erin Street, Winnipeg, MB, R3E 3R6. Sincere thanks and appreciation from our family go out to all staff members at Calvary Place for looking after dad. A special thanks to Sheila for making sure dad was comfortable during his stay. May God bless you all. There's a place I've never seen beyond this world we know, A place I've only heard of But someday hope to go--- It's not on any map, There are no roads to take me there, But it's a place of perfect peace where hearts are free from care. And though I understand some may be saddened when I leave, One day, we all will meet again--- NEIL BARDAL INC. 204-949-2200 nbardal.mb.ca

Muriel, I was just thinking of you and Norman the other day. Wondering how you were doing. I am saddened to see that Norm has past away. Memories of your laugh and knitting and Norman's card playing and store activities always remind me of my stay at Betelstadur. You both welcomed me into your community, and I will always remember having you to my place for a special waffle breakfast. May Norman now Rest in Peace.
