ROBERT (ROB) MUZYCHKA It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved husband, father, papa, brother, uncle, son-in-law, and friend, on February 13, 2009. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 23 years Lori; daughter Kristen and husband Allen Jackson, their children Aryanna and Jeremy; youngest daughter Meagan; brother Greg and wife Carol; sister Pat Graham, sister-in-law Chanthai Taillefer. Also left to mourn are his mother and father-in-law Margaret and Gordon MacDonald, sisters-in-law Janice and husband Mike Carlisle, Jo-Anne MacDonald and Kevin Kess, brother-in-law Gordon MacDonald and wife Sheri and many nieces, great nieces, nephews, great-nephews, cousins, friends and his faithful dog Jazz. Rob was predeceased by his parents Bea and John Charkewich, brother Noel Taillefer and sister-in-law Carolyn Audet. Rob was born on March 2, 1955 and lived most of his life in Transcona. Rob was a loving, genuine and caring person. He was devoted to his family and brought much happiness to their lives. Rob worked hard all his life. As a 5th Class Power Engineer, he served in various positions throughout his career. Most recently he was proud to be opening his own handyman business Rob's Renos . Rob enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was always there to lend a helping hand to those around him. No job was too big for Rob, he was always willing to give it a try. Rob loved to work on classic cars with his father-in-law Gord. He enjoyed working around the yard, both at home and at the lake. He loved camping and fishing, and in recent years, looked forward to his winter getaways to Mexico with Lori and their best friends. Rob had a great love of animals, rescuing many of his dogs from animal shelters. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and all who knew him. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. in the Wheeler Funeral Chapel, 211 Regent Avenue West. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Rob's memory to the Winnipeg Humane Society or the Manitoba Heart and Stroke Foundation. We love you and miss you.
