Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMICHAEL KOSHULAK With deep sorrow we announce the passing of Michael at the Holy Family Nursing Home on Monday, February 16, 2009 at the age of 87. He was predeceased by his son Henry in 1962, his parents and several brothers and sisters. Michael will be lovingly remembered by his wife Ruth; son Danny; daughters, Patricia ad Sandra; granddaughters, Krystal and Bryanna; great-grandson Dallan; brother Alex; sisters, Lena, Eva and Kay. We wish to give our heartfelt thanks to Holy Family Nursing Home and staff on the 5th Floor for their loving care they provided to Dad and us.
