Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCLARK PAGTAKHAN After a long courageous battle with cancer, Clark died peacefully, surrounded by family and friends on Saturday, February 14, 2009, at the age of 40. He was best friend and husband to Genevieve and loving father of Keziah. He is survived by his parents, Albert and Brenda; by his brothers, Dennis, Robert and Houston (Julie); and his nephews, Tristan and Austin. The family would like to express deep gratitude to the doctors and nurses for their extraordinary care, compassion and attentiveness to Clark over the past two years. The memorial will be phone-conferenced into the Assembly Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 227 Lakewood Boulevard on Saturday, February 21 at 12:00 p.m.
