HELENA (HELEN) ALBERTINA KLEPATZ It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Helen Klepatz on February 18, 2009 at Donwood Manor. Loving mother to Marian Siesling (Frank); grandmother to Maria Klepatz (Bruce Johnson), Michael Klepatz (Debbie), Lynda Brown (Allen), Cindy Siesling (Randy), Andrea Klepatz (Jim Hamilton), Joe Klepatz (Tara); great-grandmother to Dawn Goodman (Derrick), Nicole Klepatz (Justin Bedard), Pam Currie, Katie Brown, Gordon Brown, Logan Klepatz, Seth Klepatz, Kooper Klepatz, Taylor and Alexa Hamilton; great-great-grandmother to Conner and Bridgette Goodman; sister to Wanda Dreiger, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Fred, son Ivan and daughter-in-law Mary as well as her two brothers and four sisters. Helen was born on May 10, 1913 in Whitemouth, Manitoba. At 16 she moved to Winnipeg where she met her husband Fred Klepatz. They married on April 19, 1934 and raised two children, Ivan and Marion. Helen was always a hard worker, first on the farm and then as a housekeeper and finally as a seamstress. She enjoyed gardening and knitting. She loved to spend time with her family and doted on the grandkids. She will always be remembered for her beautiful gardens and the good times that were shared at Nutimik Lake with family and friends. The family would like to extend a sincere thanks to the staff at Donwood Manor, Jane and all of Helen's special nurses. A memorial service will be held at Chapel Lawn on Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Chapel Lawn 885-9715
