Mrs. Fuller was my teacher at Hampstead in the late 70s. I remember her being fairly strict but she was fair and looking back, a great teacher. She was also very caring. One particular memory I have was a bus trip to Sandilands provincial park. I got bus sick and she drove me home and even brought me up to my apartment. My mom was at work so she sat with me for a few minutes to make sure I was ok. There were several great teachers there at that time including Mr. Brooks and Mr. Smith. People that you never forget. - Posted by: Gord MacDonald (Former student ) on: Jun 22, 2024

Our deepest condolences in the sudden loss of Betty. Although we only met a few times, she was a lovely person who we know met a great deal to Aunt Jeannie and many others. We will remember Betty and her family in our prayers. - Posted by: Kathy and Peter Kooi (Family) on: Feb 25, 2009

Jim and family - Please accept our deepest sympathies on the loss of one of the most special people who has ever touched my life. I feel so blessed for having known Betty and particularly for having had the chance to visit with her and carry on some terrific heart-to-heart conversations when I visited last Fall. She lived an exemplary life of love and compassion, and has set a standard for all of us to try and live up to!! She will be dearly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time. Pat Lawrence and family - Posted by: Patricia Lawrence (Friend) on: Feb 23, 2009
