CONCHITA (CHIT) MARCOS DELA CRUZ February 10, 1948 - February 23, 2009 Peacefully on February 23, 2009 with her family by her side, Conchita Marcos Dela Cruz passed away at the Seven Oaks General Hospital at the age of 61 years. Conchita is predeceased by her parents Tirso and Natividad. She leaves to mourn, her daughter Jenny (Vicente Jr.); son Rommel (Helen); grandsons, John Vincent and Raphael; brothers, Jose (Leni), Marino (Belen), Juan (Dinah); sisters, Siony (Ban), Ester (Nor); numerous nephews, nieces, grandchildren, relatives and friends in Winnipeg, Canada, and the Philippines. Lamay to be held on Friday February 27, 2009 at Mosaic Funeral Chapel, 1839 Inkster Blvd. commencing at 6:00 p.m. and concluding at the request of the family. Prayer Service will be held at 7:15 p.m. on Friday February 27th in the Mosaic Funeral Chapel. Mass of the resurrection will be celebrated at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, 748 Keewatin Street on Saturday, February 28, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at a later date in the Philippines.
