Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDONALD ARTHUR COOK It is with deep regret we announce the passing of Don on Monday, February 23, 2009 at Oakview Place at the age of 69 years. Don will be lovingly remembered by his children Sheryl (Ron), Kim, Chris (Lisa), Shelley (Rob) and Stephen; grandchildren Jennifer, Matthew, Ashley, Eric and Josh; brother Ralph (Angela); and good friend brother Al (Gloria). He was predeceased by his wife Sheila and his brother Ray. In compliance with Don's wishes, a private family graveside service will be held at a later date. Our family would like to thank the staff on the 3rd floor at the Grace Hospital and the staff at Oakview Place. In lieu of flowers, donations in Don's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 200 - 6 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6 or to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 200 - 310 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB R3C 0S6.
