ERIKA SOHN (formerly SOLOBUHOW) After a lengthy illness, Mrs. Erika Sohn, formerly Solobuhow, of Seven Sisters Falls, Manitoba, has passed away peacefully at Pinawa Hospital on January 31, 2009 at the age of 83. Left to survive are children: son Dieter and his wife Elaine, daughter Dagmar and her family, son Peter and his family, son Michael, as well as Erika's close friends, John Stermscheg and Eva Berry Stermscheg and longtime friend Alma with family and puppy Dexter. Many thanks to Dr. Spence, Dr. Bani, Dr. Imhmed and the nurses and the support staff at Pinawa Hospital. A big thank you also to the Home Care coordinators, nurse Alva and Home Care workers, especially Valerie who looked after Erika so well and with a lot of patience. Thank you Pat for being there. In lieu of service, a private get-together of Erika's family and friends will take place at a later date to bury her ashes with her beloved husband Hans Sohn at the Pinawa Cemetery, who predeceased her in October 2000.
