THERESE MARIE BERARD (nee ST. GODARD) March 17, 1930 - March 2, 2009 Peacefully on Monday, March 2, 2009, Thérèse passed away at home at the age of 78 with her family by her side. She is survived by her loving children, Reynald Audette, Marielle (Denis) Bisson, Denys (Colette) Audette, Liette (Ron) Wyryha and Rene Berard and 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Also, her sister Angelina Audette; brothers, Leon (Isabelle) St. Godard and Alfred (Dolores) St. Godard and numerous nieces and nephews. Thérèse was predeceased by her first husband Denys Audette and by her late husband Denis Berard. Thérèse was a stay at home mom and a care giver to us all. She took care of her late husband Denis as he became weaker as he fought cancer in his last years of life. We would like to thank all the staff that took care of Mom while she stayed at the St. Boniface Hospital. Also, a special thanks to the Palliative nurses, doctor and Home Care personnel that took care of Mom while she was at home in her final chapter of life. A celebration of Thérèse's life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 7, 2009 at Green Acres Funeral Home with Rev. Fr. Léonce Aubin officiating. Private urn placement will be held in the Holy Angel Mausoleum.
