LLOYD RAYMOND VOSS April 30, 1939 - March 2, 2009 The family wishes to announce the peaceful passing of our husband, father and grandfather Lloyd at the St.Boniface General Hospital Lloyd will be sadly missed by his sweetheart Madeleen of 45 years; children Amanda (Jeff) Joyal, Lyle (Sherri) Voss, Andrea (Brent) Tirschmann, and his angels , Curtis, Matthew, Nicholas, Brandi and Travis. He will be greatly missed by his sister Beverly (Dave) Germain; brother Clarence Voss; mother-in-law Margaret Merke; sisters-in-law Ingrid (Dennis), Rosalie (Dennis), Carey (Les), Connie (Jim) and many nieces and nephews and godchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, Otto and Olga, sister Diane, and father-in-law Arthur Merke. After his construction career, he found his dream job at AECL. During his 26 years of service, Lloyd proudly received many safe driving awards, retiring in 1999. The family wishes to extend a Special Thank You to the staff at the St. Boniface Hospital for the wonderful care they provided Lloyd during his many visits. A celebration of Lloyd's life will be held Thursday, March 5 at 2:00 p.m. at the St. Paul Lutheran Church, River Hills, MB.
