EILEEN MARGARET ANDREWS August 12, 1950 - February 26, 2009 With deep sadness we announce that Eileen Andrews, our beloved sister, aunt, cousin and friend, passed away on February 26, 2009 at the E. M. Crowe Memorial Hospital in Eriksdale, MB at the age of 58 years. Eileen will be remembered most for her gentle spirit, courage and unconditional love. Everyone who experienced her kindness, ready smile and positivity, despite her MS, will cherish all the good times shared with her. Eileen was predeceased by her parents Fred and Agnes Andrews, her sister Freda and her brother Albert (Bud). Eileen will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by her brothers George and Russell (who were lifelong caregivers and her constant cheerleaders), her sisters Myrtle (Fred) and Connie (Bob) and her sister-in-law Laura. Nieces and nephews left to grieve are Howard (Sue), Don (Heather), Sylvia, Linda, Carl (Pippi), Herb, Daryl (Marilyn), Cheryl (Emil), Kevin (Yolanda), Delaina, Angela (Dale), Kristi (David) and Shannon (Doug). Eileen also had numerous great nieces and nephews. Sincere thanks to all the Lundar Home Care workers and the entire staff of the E. M. Crowe Memorial Hospital for every act of kindness shown to Eileen. Our family also extends much appreciation to Paula and Ken Olafson for providing Eileen with a wide range of adventures which enriched her life and made her smile. We will long remember your caring for our loved one. The celebration of Eileen's life will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 7, 2009 at the Eriksdale Recreational Centre with Melanie Kauppila officiating. Service will conclude at the hall and a private family graveside service will be held later that day.
