ROSALINDA NATIVIDAD CANTIVEROS November 3, 1946 - March 4, 2008 It has been a year when the Lord welcomed you to His Kingdom. Today, it reminds me of that very night when you smiled at me (pain no more); and you looked at me, without a wink, with full of questions (probably you wanted to know what lies ahead of me, of your two sons and of your community which you had lived and loved so much) That very night, I climbed the highest mountain to reach God and to talk to Him: Please God, more life for her. Instead, dark clouds vieled the place where I stood. And I felt the coldest night of my life. I went down numbed! A year with a wounded soul, I tried to come back to my senses, many nights and days I tried. Missing you so much pained my presence. Emptiness devoured my very essence to live. But your legacy has become so potent and woke me up to reality. Love embedded the wound; and the scars became the vivid definitions of my loss... How could I silence my senses when my heart is lifted with a song: God Gives! God Takes! And God Provides! Our lives together for 35 years were splashed in my mind. Many wonderful events marked our togetherness... Ah, just memories of those years we were together... memories to share to remain the love we shared. Endlessly. Death lingers around us with a thousand faces but the memories firm our presence to enjoy the very Godlife meaning of our lives! Believe! - Remembered by Rod, Ron and John Cantiveros and from the Natividad and Cantiveros families and from relatives and friends.
