MARGARET ELIZABETH LEWIS 1923 - 2009 It is with great sadness the family of Margaret Lewis announces her passing on Thursday, February 26, 2009 at Lion's Manor at the age of 85 years. Margaret is predeceased by her parents Frank and Elizabeth Lewis; brothers, Frank, Leslie, Sam and John; sisters, Annie, Phylis, Dorothy and special friend Claire. Left to cherish Margaret's memory are sister-in-law Verna, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members. Margaret enjoyed playing bingo, knitting and in her earlier years actively attended Legion #1. The family would like to thank Lion's Manor for their care and compassion of Margaret. Donations may be made in Margaret's memory to Lions Manor, 320 Sherbrook Street, Wpg., MB, R3B 2W6. Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Chapel Lawn 885-9715
