HERBERT VICTOR NEUFELD Peacefully, with dignity and stoicism, on March 8, 2009 Herbert Victor Neufeld passed away at the age of 78 years. He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Therese; and children, Louise (Tom Neufeld), Herbert Martin Neufeld and Laura (Rick Durand); grandchildren, Rebecca Lauren, Michael and Annika. He is also survived by his sister Agatha DeFehr. Herbert was predeceased by his parents, Wilhelm Neufeld and Anna Epp; brothers and sisters, Tina Toews, George, Anne Koop, John, Erna DeFehr, Mary, Jake, Ben, Bill, and Alf. Herb was highly regarded for his dedication to education and will be most remembered as principal of John Pritchard School. Herb's motivation in life was his commitment to faith, family and friends. For after all Faith is Faith And Love is everything. A memorial service in his honour will be held at the Elmwood MB Church, 145 Henderson Hwy., on Thursday, March 12, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. If friends desire, donations may be made to Canadian Mennonite University, 500 Shaftesbury Blvd., Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3P 2N2.
