ROBERTA ANN McCLOSKEY (nee Roberts) 1949 2009 Bobbie McCloskey, late of Regina, passed away March 11, 2009 at Wascana Grace Hospice. Predeceased by her father Major Herbert Dick Roberts; Bobbie is survived by her husband Dan; son Mitchell; mother Doris Roberts (nee Rutherford); brother Richard (Kim) Roberts and Sarah, Michelle and Matthew; sister Ginnie (Clarke) Eady and Kendal, Kirby, and Brydon; as well as in-laws, Jim and Barbara Sebert; Andris and Susan Lielmanis, Andra Barr, Akselis Lielmanis, and Kirsta Kennish. Bobbie was born in Regina, attended Wilfred Laurier University and spent much of her life working with First Nations people. A Service to Celebrate Bobbie's Life will be held Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina SK with Rev. Steven Bill presiding. Cremation. Donations in memory of Bobbie may be made to the Allan Blair Cancer Centre, 4101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina SK S4T 7T1.
