EVELYN MAE SIEMENS (nee DERKSEN) 1932 - 2009 On Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at Boundary Trails Health Centre, Evelyn Siemens aged 76 years of Morden, MB formerly of Snowflake, MB went to her eternal rest. She leaves to mourn her passing, one daughter, Haidee and Frank McCormack of North Vancouver, BC; two sons, Kirk and Phyllis of Christina Lake, BC, Bert and Connie of Sanford, MB; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one brother, Dan and Mona Derksen of Winkler, MB as well as two sisters-in-law; one brother-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Albert in 2001; daughter, Delores; grandson, Duayne and one brother. There will be no public viewing. Funeral service will be held on Friday, March 20, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Morden Mennonite Church 363 Gilmour St. Interment to follow at Chapel Cemetery. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Evelyn's memory to either the Heart Stroke Foundation of Manitoba or CancerCare Manitoba available at the church.
