The family predeceased her. Nadine was educated from elementary through high school at Loretto Brunswick in Toronto. She maintained contact with her school friends over the years especially her close friend and Maid of Honour Bernadette Doucette. Nadine leaves her loving husband of 52 years Vincent and son Michael, daughters Susanne and Michele, daughter-in-law Karen and sons-in-law Howard and Colin. The pride and joy of Nadine's life were her eight grandchildren; Nicole, David, Nicholas, Anthony, Elizabeth, James, Andrew and Emily. She was looking forward to her first great- grandchild this summer. Nadine arrived in Winnipeg in 1971 and became involved in parish affairs in the Diocese of St. Boniface achieving the Presidency of the English side of the Catholic Woman's League for the diocese. Another facet of volunteer work involved the front desk at Villa Cabrini on River Avenue for nine years. In 1980, we became parishioners of Holy Rosary Parish in the Diocese of Winnipeg. Nadine quickly took on Baptismal Preparation for the parish and eventually became the Pastoral Assistant. In this role Nadine undertook the administration and teaching for the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults. Her expertise with RCIA led to involvement at the diocesan level where she made many friends. Nadine's sudden departure to the Lord was unexpected. The family thanks Father Sam Argenziano, Father Kevin Smith and Deacon Alex Drobot for the consolation they offered as well the kind staff at St. Boniface Emergency.
