His family moved to Cuba in 1920, where his love of horses began and the true cowboy was born. He moved back to Canada in 1935. Dad and Mom were married in 1942. They resided in Manitou, MB with family for most of their years. They moved to Winnipeg, MB in 1994. Dad especially enjoyed being with his family and visiting with his friends and neighbours. Dad's favorite pastimes were fishing and horseback riding. To My Dad Although I cannot touch you, I only have to close my eyes and you are there. You had a heart of gold, you taught me so very much.
