RICHARD ROGER KOWAL Suddenly and peacefully on Sunday March 15, 2009 Rick passed away at the age of 50 years. Rick was born March 11, 1959 in Winnipeg Manitoba. Rick was predeceased by his step-father Delmer Heilman, and his step-brother Tony Kowal. Rick will be lovingly remembered by his partner Donna Valentine of 25 years and their children; Nikole, Ryan, Bobbi. His mother Victoria Heilman, sister Angella (David), step- sister Shellie (Mark), step-sister Jennifer (Darcy), and mother-in-law Ellen Kirby, and numerous nieces and nephews. Very close friends Jen and Leon Flaming and many more friends and family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Rick to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or charity of choice. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 30, at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. Interment will follow at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens.
