Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMELITA ALVINA CHICK (nee THIESSEN) It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Melita Chick, loving mother, on Wednesday, March 25, 2009, peacefully at the age of 82. Melita is survived by her two sons, Gerald and Brian Chick and their families. Melita was predeceased by her husband Clarence Chick and her parents Gerhard and Elizabeth Thiessen, as well as, her sister Adeline and brother Nicholas Thiessen. A memorial gathering for family and friends will be held at Neil Bardal Funeral Home, 3030 Notre Dame Avenue on Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. A private family burial will take place at Springstein Cemetery.
