Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGERALD (PIT) DION It is with sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of Gérald Dion at his residence on March 31, 2009 at the age of 73 years. Gérald was born on March 15, 1935 to Maurice and Marie Dion of St. Léon, Manitoba. He spent most of his life living with his parents in St. Léon and later in St. Boniface. He lived a full life and greatly enjoyed his family and many good friends. Gérald was predeceased by his parents and by his brother, Marcel. He leaves to cherish his memory, his brother, Roland (Bea), and his sisters, Yvette Rondeau (Rollie) and Gisèle Sparling (Bob). Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at the St. Boniface Cathedral on Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. The family extends special thanks to all of Gérald's caregivers and everyone who helped make his life pleasant and rewarding. Chère Gisèle, je ne sais pas si tu te souviens de moi mais on a eu bien du plaisir à travailler ensemble. Je veux te souhaiter mes condoléances pour le décès de ton frère. Cher Roland et famille, J`ai été surpris et peiné d`apprendre le décès de votre cher frère Pit. Tu m`avais dit avant mon départ qu`il n`était pas bien mais rien de très sérieux.
