Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • Doreen was my older sister and a wonderful person. Although she and I lived far apart, when I would call her I always felt so good. When Doreen came to Winnipeg it was always such a fun time. We are so glad that she had a chance to get to know our children and Grandchildren, whom they called Aunt Doreen - especially her Yoga lessons. We were always excited to hear about her travels around the world, receive postcards and read her books which she loved so much. Doreen will be truly missed - may she rest in peace. • Regarding my sister Doreen Johnson Wood, I'd like to say I'll miss her very much and I'll miss travelling to San Francisco to see her and her family. One thing I remember about Doreen was when she was younger, while still living in Winnipeg, she used to enjoy making fudge. I love her family down in San Francisco and my heart goes out to them in this difficult time. Sincerely, Tom Johnson - Posted by: Tom Johnson (Family) on: Apr 04, 2009
