HENRY LOUIS JOHNSON October 8, 1939 April 2, 2009 Greatly loved by his wife Lynn of 33 years; son Stefan and his wife Melissa; daughter Heidi and her husband Einar and his pride and joy his three grandsons Austin, Hughe and Erik. He will be missed by his mother Bertha, sisters Ellen (Siggi), Joan, Florence and Janice (Bob) and brother Kris (Adeline) as well as numerous nieces and nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father Eliman, brother Elmer and sister Dorothy; brothers-in-law Marvin and Alvin. Henry joined the army at age 16 and received electronics training in the RCEME. Henry will be remembered for his sense of humor and love for his family. He loved fishing, hunting, gardening, curling and playing Canasta. In compliance with Henry's wishes, no formal service will be held. Cremation has taken place and interment of his ashes will take place at a later date. Special thanks to family who helped fulfill his final wishes to remain at home. Say not in grief that he is no more, But say in thankfulness that he was.
