Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPATRICIA ANN KROWCHUK (EVANOCHKO) It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our daughter, sister, aunt and friend Patricia Ann Krowchuk (Evanochko) on April 4, 2009 at the age of 48. Pat was predeaceased by her father Russell in 1998 and leaves her mother Isabel, brother Russ (Patsy), sisters Susan, Kelly (Jeff), numerous nephews and special friends John, Pete, Chris (Serge, Jessie), and goddaughter Nicki. Pat will be remembered for her wonderful sense of humor, infectious laugh and passion for NFL football. A memorial service to honour Pat's life will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in the Wheeler Funeral Chapel, 211 Regent Ave. West at Bond St. Irish Prayer Until we meet again May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
