DELYS MARIE MCINTOSH (nee MCMILLAN) June 11, 1971 - April 5, 2009 Suddenly, on Sunday, April 5, 2009, Delys passed away. She is predeceased by her sister Karen; grandfather Douglas McMillan and her father-in-law, Curtis McIntosh. Remaining to cherish her memory are her husband Kirk McIntosh; her four children, Braxton, Keisha, Toryn and Tyrese; her parents Brian and Marie McMillan; her brother Chad (Carole) as well as a large extended family and many friends. Delys was born in Regina, SK and grew up in the small town of Pilot Butte, SK until she was 13. Her family then moved to Winnipeg where she later met and married her husband Kirk. The two shared four beautiful children whom she adored. Throughout the years, Delys and Kirk took in several foster children whom she gave much love and guidance. Delys will be remembered for her outgoing personality, her laugh and sense of humour. She touched all of our lives, and will live on in our memories and hearts. Funeral service will be held at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Boulevard, Winnipeg, MB on Saturday, April 11, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. Public viewing from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations to a charity of your choice be made in Delys' memory.
