He is survived by his sister-in-law, a few nieces and nephews and their families. He was predeceased by his parents Daniel and Albertina Mantey, brothers Emil, Albert, Arthur, Alfred and his sisters Thelma and Agnes. A memorial service will be held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, 150 Penfeld Dr., Steinbach on Monday, April 13 at 7:00 p.m. with ash interment at a later date.
