Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGEORGE HART MUNDAY GRAHAM Peacefully, on Wednesday, April 8, 2009, George Hart Munday Graham passed away at Seven Oaks Hospital. Born June 18, 1920 in Glasgow, Scotland, he married Margaret Young on November 30, 1945. He is lovingly remembered by his wife Margaret; children, Margaret (David) and George (Irene); grandchildren Jeremy (Dawn), Jordan (Nichole), Bonnie (Andy), and Jonathan; great-grandchildren Liam and Leighton. He was predeceased by his granddaughter Melanie, four brothers and two sisters. After serving in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (R.E.M.E.) in Iraq and Egypt during the Second World War, George had a career as a fitter and machinist in Scotland, England and with the CNR in Winnipeg until he retired in 1985. The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to the fourth floor, unit 5 staff at Seven Oaks Hospital for their care and compassion. A memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 11 at Klassen Funeral Home, 1897 Henderson Highway. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of George may be made to Ronald McDonald House, 566 Bannatyne Ave., Winnipeg R3A 0G7.
