John was born March 15, 1933 to George and Elena Gushuliak at Arbakka, MB. John is survived by brothers, Bill (Rose) and Matt; sisters Della Badiuk and Lorraine (Albert) Hirschfield plus numerous nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents; brothers, Mike (Lena), Nick; sisters Mary (Fred) Melnychuk, Ann (William) Chubey; brother-in-law Alex Badiuk; sister-in-law Jackie Gushuliak; one brother in infancy; nephews Gerry Gushuliak, Lawrence Badiuk; nieces, Linda Badiuk and Joan Semeniuk. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel with viewing prior to the service. The funeral will terminate at the chapel.
