KARL SCHOENHERR 1937 - 2009 It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Karl on April 26, 2009. He is survived by his loving family, his wife Louise; children Peter (Cathy) and grandson Patrick, Martin (Michelle) and Julie (Glen Bornais); his mother Charlotte; sisters, Eva (Hans) Scharig, Christine (Henry) Sahrmann; sisters-in-law Dorothy Clark and Joyce Shrimpton. He also leaves to cherish his memory many nieces and nephews and their families, many special friends, as well as cousins and friends in Germany. Karl enjoyed life to the fullest, passionately, and filled with love for all he knew. He will be remembered for his sense of humour, his love of tennis and skiing, his joy of nature, music, travel and photography, but mostly for all his deep love and dedication to his family. Flowers are gratefully declined. If you wish to make a donation in honour of his memory, please send it to a charity of your choice. Service of Remembrance will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 5, 2009 in Thomson Funeral Home. Cremation has taken place and a private interment will be held.
