KATHLEEN MARY VAUGHAN (nee DONALD) March 28, 1924 - April 29, 2009 Peacefully, with family by her side on April 29th, 2009 Kathleen passed away at the Victoria Hospital at the age of 85 years. Kathleen was predeceased by her husband Maurice, two brothers and one sister. Those she leaves to cherish her memory are her three sisters May, Frances and Margaret, son Ian (Barbara), grandsons Tim (Tzena) and Glen (Elbie), daughter Nadine, great-grandchildren Sierra and Tyler. Kathleen grew up in Winnipeg, where she went to school and worked as a cashier for Eaton's for several years. In 1945 she married her beloved husband, Maurice. In her spare time she loved to knit, garden, was an avid painter, took up pottery, fishing and automotives. Needless to say she made use of every minute she had. The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to the doctors and hospital staff at the Victoria Hospital for the special care they gave to Kathleen.
