GEORGE HAMPTON Mr. George Hampton passed away at home in Westbank, British Columbia on April 15, 2009 at the age of 84 years. George is survived by his three children, daughters Katherine Christensen and Janice Barth and son Ralph Hampton. He is also survived by his loving companion Berta Nehring and family. George was a loving, generous and compassionate man. His patience, insight and humour will always be remembered in the hearts of those who knew him. George, although dearly missed, will remain an inspiration to all those acquainted with him. A memorial service was held for George Hampton on Sunday, April 19, 2009 by the Fours Square Church at the Westbank Community Centre, BC. Dotti Thiessen officiated. Cremation services were arranged through Springfield Funeral Home, Kelowna, BC.
