RICHARD (RICH) LABOSSIERE It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our son and brother, Rich Labossière on Monday, May 4, 2009, at the age of 37 years. Rich leaves to mourn his Mom Lorraine and Dad Roger, and his big brother Marc (Kristi). He also leaves to cherish his memory Mémère Labossière, Mémère Chaput, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was predeceased by both grandfathers, Roger Sr. and Pep Chaput, his godfather Richard Dennis, his aunt Annette and uncle Fred De Maré. Rich was blessed in that his passion for computers and radio-controlled everything developed into a career as a Helicopter UAV Product Specialist at Micropilot. Through his work, he had the chance to travel abroad. Rich was a black belt in Kung Fu and Tai Chi and a gifted instructor in martial arts and student driver training. He was a very sensitive man and will be greatly missed. The family wishes to express its heartfelt thanks to the first responders and to the staff at SBGH Emergency for their care and compassion. Richard le Pitard , so many times and in so many ways, you moved us and touched our heartsthank youwe miss you. Sleep wellyou are still our sweet baby boywe will love you forever. Mom and Dad Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at the Précieux-Sang Roman Catholic Church, 200 Kenny Street. Viewing will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass. Interment of the cremated remains will take place at a later date at the St. Boniface Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Children's Hospital Foundation, Attention: Child Life Department, 840 Sherbrook Street CE 501, Winnipeg, MB R3A 1S1 (phone: 787-1736).
