Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTONI CHANTELLE HANNESSON (nee HAAGENSON) Peacefully, on April 25, 2009, with her husband at her side, Toni passed away at Renown Regional Medical Hospital in Reno, Nevada after a courageous struggle with cancer. Toni will always be lovingly remembered by her husband Jeff; daughters Sydney and Camryn; parents Gayle and Grant Haagenson of Parksville, BC; parents-in-law Roy and Beverley Hannesson; sister-in-law Jauna Charriere and husband Jeff (niece Liesette); sister-in-law Jody Dubeck and husband Doug (nephews Neil and Todd); along with countless relatives and friends. Toni was an amazing spirit and had a way of touching everyone's heart with her loving, caring and generous nature. She was the epitome of the perfect wife, mother, daughter and friend. Toni's true love in life was her family and she did everything humanly possible to keep them happy, healthy and safe. She was happiest when she was spending time with her daughters Sydney and Camryn, both of whom inherited their mom's loving nature. Friends and family of Toni had recently held a fundraiser in support of her illness. Her family would like to extend their deepest and most heartfelt gratitude to everyone who helped support Toni and her family. The amount of love, support and generosity was overwhelming and words cannot express our level of appreciation. A celebration of Toni's life will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 11, 2009 at Ste. Anne Catholic Church, 455 Douglas Avenue. In lieu of flowers and for Toni's love of children, if friends so desire memorial donations may be made to a children's charity of their choice.

Where have the last 8 years gone? I'd give anything to give you one more hug or hear your laugh. Thank you for always welcoming me into your home with open arms and making me feel like a daughter in your home.
