I really enjoyed singing barbershop harmony with Betty. In particular, I admired her determination to participate long after her legs were telling her to slow down. We shared several entertaining car rides to regional competition and Betty kept us all laughing on these trips with her wacky sense of humor. She spoiled my daughters with several unique beanie babies. I will never forget Betty, she was a high-spirited woman and a force to be reckoned with. My condolences to the family (especially her granddaughter Diana who shared her love for barbershop harmony) on the loss of this very special lady. - Posted by: Christine Ross (Friend) on: May 11, 2009
