PATRICIA MARIE CHIPMAN (nee MILLS) It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our mother Pat on May 11, 2009. She leaves to mourn her daughters Wendy, Laurie and Kerri, her sons Tom and John, 10 grandchildren and one great-grandson. Pat was predeceased by her husband Howie, sons Danny and Jim, her parents and her four brothers. The family wishes to express thanks to the staff of Middlechurch Personal Care Home, especially Helena, for the care they provided in Pat's final years. In accordance with Pat's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family remembrance will be held to honour her memory. In lieu of flowers, donations in Pat's memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
