KENNETH (KEN) VICTOR SUTTON January 31, 1930 May 15, 2009 Peacefully, after a long and brave battle with cancer, Kenneth Victor Sutton passed away on Friday, May 15, 2009, at Riverview Health Centre with his family by his side at the age of 79 years. Remaining to forever cherish Ken's memory are his loving wife of 58 years, Ruby; his son Rick; his daughter Beverley Muise (Louis); his sons Daryl (Gail), Brian (Valerie); his brother Lloyd in Edmonton; his sisters Joyce Miller in Victoria and Margaret Doggett (Jim) in Thunder Bay; his grandchildren Kevin, Scott, Alison and Stacey as well as his five great- grandchildren. Ken was a pipe fitter by trade and a member of the local union 254 for 44 years. His job took him to many sites all across Canada. Ken enjoyed the outdoors and camping with his family. On Thursday, May 21, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. Ken's funeral service will be held in the Chapel of Memories in Wojcik's Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main Street at Manitoba Avenue. The family would like to thank the staff at Riverview Health Centre for all their compassionate care. Ken was a lover of all animals and in lieu of flowers a donation can be made in Ken's memory to Darcy's Animal Rescue, 730 B Century Street, Winnipeg, MB R3H 0M1 or to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9.
