IRIS NORTH (nee CAMPBELL) January 27, 1909 - May 13, 2009 Peacefully after a long and happy life, our much loved mum, grandma, great-grandma, sister and aunt passed away at Lions Personal Care Home. Mum was born in Rosser and grew up in Austin, MB. Mum recently celebrated her 100th birthday with family and many friends. It was a milestone she happily anticipated. Iris was a teacher, curler, baker, traveller, avid bridge player and a great friend. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Barbara (Switzer); son-in-law Gerry; grand-children, Trevor, Tara Gauthier, Michael (Lori); great-grandchildren, Danielle and Logan; sister Doreen (Joe) Hyde and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Iris was predeceased by her beloved husband Herb; brothers, Don, Wilf and Ralph; sisters, Mary, Jane, Helen and Robena. Many thanks to the caregivers at Lions Manor for their kindness and concern.
