GEORGE UZELMANN 1937 - 2009 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our loving father and husband George Sr. on Wednesday, May 20. After a courageous battle with cancer, dad passed peacefully at home with his family by his side. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Mary of 46 years, his four children George, Maria, Dianne, Angie, daughter-in-law Brenda and eight grandchildren. He will also be missed by his extended family in Montreal, his mother-in-law Nagymama and sister-in-law Liz. George was an exceptional man who truly lived for his family, and will be remembered for his generosity and kind soul. Everyone who knew him knew they could always count on him. Special thanks and donations can be made to Cancer Care Manitoba, 675 McDermot Ave., R3E 0V9. A service of remembrance will be held on Monday, May 25th at 2:00 p.m. with a viewing at 1:00 p.m. at Neil Bardal Inc., 3030 Notre Dame Ave., across from Brookside Cemetery. NEIL BARDAL INC. 949-2200
