ROGAN Surrounded by those who loved him, his wife Donna; children of the heart, Corrine, Craig and Scott; grandchildren, Sydney, Daniel, Lindsay, Taylor and Kennedy; sister Maryann (Harold), sister-in-law Karen (Wayne) and numerous friends, Ron went home peacefully to be with his Lord and Savior on April 18, 2009. Ron celebrated his 36 years in AA as an active member trying to help others change their lives. Whatever was given to him he gave back tenfold. Ron was very competitive and excelled in any sport he tried, golf, bowling and horseshoes. Our life together was based on love, spirituality and humour. Ron always had a joke or story for anyone who would listen. He was bigger than life with a heart to match. We will all miss you so very much my love. Cremation has taken place and a funeral service will be held on May 29 at 1:30 p.m. at St. Anne Ukrainian Catholic church, 455 Douglas Ave. with Rev. Fr. Walter Klimchuk officiating. Special thanks to the Palliative Care Staff 3E Riverview Health Centre for their care and compassion, Dr. Janice Richman-Eisenstat, and Maryann palliative home care nurse. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made in Ron's memory to the Siloam Mission or Riverview Health Centre.

my name is Daniel and Ronald Rogan is my papa. He is a great man and loves to golf. He loves sun tanning on my trampoline in my back yard by the beach. I still believe he is with me, always watching me, making sure Im ok. He is very loving and kind. I have very little memories of him because I was young. I was born in 2004 and he passed in 2009.
