Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEDITH L. WALKER Edith passed away peacefully on Friday, May 22, 2009 at Seven Oaks Hospital. She was born August 2, 1916 in London, England, and emigrated to Canada in June 1950. Edith leaves to mourn her passing, her son Cyril (Alma) Walker, grandchildren: Robert (Cathy), Raymond, Karen (Ed) Haluschak, as well as her great-grandchildren Karina and Michael Walker. She was predeceased by her husband Bob in Vancouver, as well as her parents, six brothers, and two sisters, all in England. Cremation has taken place, and a Memorial Service will be held at Klassen Funeral Home on Thursday, May 28 at 10:00 a.m. Flowers gratefully declined. Should friends so desire, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 120 Donald St., Winnipeg R3C 4G2, or to a charity of their choice.
